With over 20 years of senior HR experience, I founded BDHR to support small business owners who want to get HR right and need some guidance.
I've worked at executive level, advising CEO's and leadership teams on everything from employee relations to culture change and compliance. Running HR operations teams, L&D, internal comms, payroll and employment engagement.
