I started BDHR to make good HR simple
After 20 years in senior HR, advising CEOs, managing complex employee relations and leading people strategy, I know what people problems cost. Time, money, focus and sleep.
With experience in financial services, insurance, retail and charity sectors, I have worked in established businesses and founder led growing businesses, with employees from 300 to 5000. I've undertaken restructures, TUPE, mass recruitment campaigns, improving people metrics, complex employee relations, improving engagement and embedding values.
As an HR consultant I work with founders and business owners who have built great businesses and want to get the people side right. My approach is commercial, practical and straightforward. No jargon, no unnecessary complexity, the right foundations put in place.
Because when your people are supported and clear on what's expected, it shows, in your culture, your customer experience and your bottom line.
